Our History |
Compass Cyprus has been founded in 2005 by Stuart Hillard FRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience advising clients on property matters. Stuart was until early 2015 the only practicing Chartered Surveyor in North Cyprus with a T.R.N.C. registered company, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with an internationally recognized professional qualification. Kutay Ramiz MRICS joined Compass Cyprus in 2015. With extensive experience of all levels and stages of the construction process in Cyprus, he has been involved as project manager in some particularly large projects, with costs in excess of €10 million. Kutay has also been involved in research projects in UK where he investigated the effects of corrosion and cracks on the reliability of structures. Currently he combines his engineering experience with his construction and surveying skills to provide international standard building and development appraisal reports. Read More |
